Volvida collects the categories of personal information below when you request the educational guide. We use the information only for the purposes described here and in the Privacy Policy.

Information we do not request
Do not submit health conditions, diagnoses, medications, life expectancy, exact dates of birth, Social Security numbers, policy numbers, insurance carriers, face amounts, premium information, desired sale amounts, policy documents, medical records, financial account information, or payment-card information.
Advertising separation
Volvida does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, provide it to life-settlement transaction participants, or upload guide recipients to advertising audiences. If you allow advertising measurement, Volvida may record a generic guide-request event. The event does not include guide-form answers or contact information.
California visitors
If California is selected, the standard guide-request form is not submitted. Volvida may record only anonymous aggregate interest without the form's personal information.
